1. Services

FCAN Consulting Services provides business consulting and advisory services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or invoice agreed with the client.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are due as described on the invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, work begins after written confirmation and any required upfront payment.

3. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely information, access, and approvals required to deliver the agreed services.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives a license to use the deliverables for internal business purposes. Pre-existing materials, tools, and templates remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for performing or receiving the services.

6. Disclaimer

Consulting services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCAN Consulting Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
